Grayson became a part of the Bowman team in 2018. Initially coming onboard as supervisor before taking on the position of senior manager, Grayson brings eight years of professional experience to his role in the audit department. He works closely with entities in the low-income housing, non-profit (private and Governmental), and for-profit industries (service, real estate, construction, etc.). Grayson specializes in the booking of low-income housing, new construction, and rehabs in a first-year audit, and researching and advising on new ASU requirements that need to be implemented. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Humboldt State University, where he is also a member of the Humboldt State Basketball Hall of Fame.
Described by his coworkers as a team player, Grayson is someone others can depend on to get the job done. He attributes his success to never becoming complacent and always striving to move forward. His philosophy is summed up by a favorite quote from Muhammad Ali, which inspires him to keep working harder: “Champions aren’t made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: a desire, a dream, a vision.”
Grayson lives in Brentwood, California, with his wife Angelica, their two children, Hudson and Troy, and their two dogs. When he’s not working, Grayson can often be found watching the game! An avid sports fan, he enjoys watching baseball, football, and cheering for his favorite basketball team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
