Kari L. Ianni

Kari brings more than 30 years of public accounting experience to the Bowman team. She specializes in tax compliance and accounting services for high-net-worth individuals, small to mid-sized businesses, and affiliated family groups. Kari enjoys helping clients identify opportunities to minimize their tax liabilities and takes particular satisfaction in turning even a “shoebox” of client records into an organized, accurate, and ready-to-file income tax return.

Kari earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Diego State University. Her interest in accounting began with her first high school accounting class, setting her on a path to follow in her father’s footsteps as a CPA and build a career centered around debits, credits, and helping clients navigate their financial needs.

Unplugged: Kari and her husband, David, are natives to the Lodi area and have two grown daughters.  She and David share in the ownership and management of a “garbage company” in Amador County for which Kari provides oversight to the accounting department in her spare time.
