Nicole R. ManninaNicole serves clients in the fields of real estate and low-income housing and also provides tax and accounting services to high-net worth individuals and family-owned businesses.
The most satisfying part of her job at Bowman is the challenge of learning new things and sharing her knowledge with clients.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from San Jose State University and has been a part-time employee with Bowman since 2007.

Nicole is a proud mom of two children, and appreciated that the firm recognizes the need to balance family with work. She and her husband Steve spend their free time volunteering for their children’s school and activities, including Civil Air Patrol and water polo, and coaching soccer. She commonly serves as a coordinator for fundraising events.
