What Michael finds most rewarding in his leadership role is training and mentoring fellow accountants, watching them grow in confidence and skill as they progress in their careers.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time in his backyard with his wife and family, making the most of downtime and creating lasting memories. And a fun fact most people don’t know? He once had long, curly light brown hair and spent most of his younger years at the beach.

His advice to those starting their careers?

“Make goals and keep updating them as you go… write them down and create a plan to achieve them. And find a mentor who can guide and support you along the way.”
