Congratulations to Amber Dominguez on Her Promotion to Manager

We are proud to celebrate Amber Dominguez, CPA, on her promotion from Senior Supervisor to Manager at Bowman.

Amber’s growth at Bowman reflects much more than technical development. Throughout her career, she has embraced the relationships, feedback, and learning opportunities around her, and she is now looking forward to helping the next generation of Bowman professionals do the same.

Amber specializes in serving not-for-profit organizations and low-income housing clients. As she moves into the Manager role, she is especially excited to expand her opportunities to mentor and develop others.

Her advice to developing professionals is to be proactive about seeking guidance. Amber encourages team members to take full advantage of Bowman’s Developer program while also recognizing that mentorship does not have to come from just one person. There is tremendous value in seeking feedback and advice from the many colleagues you work with and admire throughout the firm.

It is an approach that reflects Amber’s own belief in the importance of relationships. She encourages her colleagues to connect with people outside of their regular teams, knowing there is always something new to learn from the people around us.

Outside of Bowman, Amber enjoys spending time with her cats, traveling with her best friend, reading, and relaxing at the beach.

We are excited to see Amber bring this same spirit of connection, curiosity, and mentorship into her new role.
