That is where Kim comes in! Kim Sepulveda leads this effort as our CAAS practice leader.

With decades of experience in accounting and advisory services, Kim brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to her work. She has a deep understanding of how businesses operate across a variety of industries and leads her team in a way that helps clients stay organized, informed, and confident in their financial decisions.

What truly sets Kim apart is her ability to connect with the people she serves. Before transitioning into public accounting, she spent 15 years as a business owner herself. She understands the day-to-day challenges, the pressure of decision-making, and what it takes to keep a business moving forward. That experience shows up in every client interaction she has.

Kim leads with a focus on trust, communication, and continuous improvement. She creates an environment where her team feels supported and where clients feel comfortable asking questions and having honest conversations. It is not just about the numbers. It is about helping people gain clarity and move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, especially her six grandchildren. She loves baking, getting lost in a good book, and visiting local wineries with friends.
