Celebrating Kari Ianni’s Promotion to Principal

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Kari Ianni, CPA, on her promotion from Senior Manager to Principal at Bowman.

Kari brings more than 30 years of public accounting experience to her work, specializing in tax compliance and accounting services for high-net-worth individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, and affiliated family groups. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed helping clients find opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and bringing organization and clarity to even the most complicated financial records.

Accounting is also a profession with deep roots for Kari. Her first accounting class in high school set her on a path that ultimately allowed her to follow in her father’s footsteps as a CPA. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Diego State University.

That depth of experience, paired with a genuine understanding of the people and businesses behind the numbers, has shaped the professional Kari is today. Her promotion to Principal represents an important next chapter in a career built over decades of serving clients and developing her expertise.

Kari and her husband, David, are Lodi-area natives and have two grown daughters. Their connection to business ownership extends beyond Kari’s work at Bowman as well. Together, they share ownership and management responsibilities for a company in Amador County, where Kari provides accounting oversight.

We are grateful for the experience, perspective, and dedication Kari brings to Bowman and proud to see her reach this significant professional milestone.
