Ravi Kumar

Ravi Kumar joined Bowman as a Staff Accountant with our Client Accounting Services (CAS) team, bringing more than eight years of accounting experience across multiple industries. His background includes full-cycle accounting, general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

Prior to joining Bowman, Ravi served as Senior Accountant and Finance & Operations Manager for Bright Freight Solutions LLC. He also holds an MBA in Accounting from Victoria University in Sydney, Australia, and an MBA in Finance from Punjab Technical University in India.

Ravi’s well-rounded experience and dedication to helping businesses manage their financial operations make him a valuable addition to our CAS team. We are excited to have him at Bowman and look forward to his continued contributions.

Jermaine Lapeña

Jermaine Lapeña joined Bowman as Office Support Staff, where he works closely with our partners while helping oversee office logistics, mail responsibilities, records management, office supplies, and other day-to-day administrative functions that keep our firm operating efficiently.

Jermaine recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Stanislaus, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He brings a strong combination of organizational skills, customer service experience, inventory management expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

His positive attitude and willingness to support both our clients and colleagues make him a wonderful addition to the Bowman team.

Tatiana Hernandez

Tatiana Hernandez joined Bowman as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to Partners Daryl Petrick and Nicole Schubert while also assisting our administrative team and contributing to the firm’s daily operations.

Tatiana brings more than ten years of leadership and management experience to the team. Her background includes overseeing restaurant business operations, financial management, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, internal audit support, and leading high-performing teams.

Tatiana’s leadership experience, organizational skills, and client-focused mindset make her an outstanding addition to our firm, and we are excited to have her on the Bowman team.
