Celebrating Noelle Patterson’s Next Chapter at Bowman

We are proud to congratulate Noelle Patterson, CPA, on her promotion from Manager to Senior Manager at Bowman.

A promotion is more than just a change in title. It reflects the trust earned over time, the relationships built along the way, and a continued willingness to take on greater responsibility. Noelle’s advancement to Senior Manager is a meaningful recognition of the expertise, leadership, and commitment she brings to Bowman.

Noelle specializes in audit services, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) tax returns, and cost certifications. As she steps into her new role, she looks forward to contributing more broadly to the strategic direction of the firm through collaboration with Bowman’s leadership while continuing to be a source of support for both clients and her colleagues.

Her approach to growth is grounded in a simple piece of advice: “Ask for advice and listen to it.” It is a philosophy that speaks to the importance of remaining open to the perspectives of others, no matter how far you progress in your career.

Outside of the office, Noelle enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, reading, crafting, paddleboarding, movie nights, and spending time with her nephews and her friends’ children.

We are grateful for the knowledge, thoughtfulness, and leadership Noelle brings to Bowman and excited to see the impact she will continue to make as a Senior Manager.
