Celebrating Kim Sepulveda’s Leadership and New Role as CAS Manager

We are pleased to celebrate Kim Sepulveda as she takes on the role of CAS Manager at Bowman, an exciting next chapter that allows her to bring her extensive accounting experience and firsthand business perspective even more deeply into the firm’s Client Advisory Services practice. Kim will take on this expanded leadership role while continuing to serve as Bowman’s Controller, building on the experience and insight she already brings to both the firm and its clients.

Kim brings decades of accounting and advisory experience to Bowman, with knowledge spanning manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, professional services, agriculture, and other industries. Her career has given her a deep understanding of the financial challenges businesses face and the value of having trusted guidance when making important decisions.

What makes Kim’s perspective particularly meaningful is that she understands business ownership from both sides of the table. Before entering public accounting, Kim spent 15 years as a business owner herself. That experience allows her to connect with clients not only as an accounting professional, but as someone who has personally navigated many of the challenges and opportunities that come with running a business.

Kim approaches leadership with an emphasis on collaboration, clarity, trust, and continuous improvement. She encourages the people around her to think critically, remain curious, embrace innovation, and keep looking for better ways to serve clients.

Away from work, Kim treasures time with her family, especially her six grandchildren. She is also an enthusiastic baker, avid reader, and wine enthusiast who enjoys exploring the region’s wineries and sharing time with friends.

Kim brings an incredible depth of experience and perspective to Bowman, and we are excited to see her continue using that expertise to support our clients, strengthen the CAS practice, and help businesses move forward with confidence.
