Kim has a long and distinguished career in accounting and advisory services and currently serves as both Controller and Manager of the Client Advisory Services (CAS) department at our firm, where she brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of business dynamics across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, professional services, and agriculture.

As Controller, she ensures the firm’s financial health through rigorous oversight, compliance, and forward-looking planning. In her CAS management role, she guides a team of advisors in delivering tailored, high-impact financial solutions that empower clients to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Before going into public accounting, Kim spent 15 years as a successful business owner, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities entrepreneurs face. This experience deeply informs her advisory work, allowing her to connect with clients not just as a financial expert, but as someone who has walked in their shoes.

Kim’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement. She believes in building strong relationships—both within her team and with clients, based on trust, transparency, and shared goals. As a wine enthusiast and member of the Knights of the Vine, Kim enjoys exploring the region’s wineries and sharing a good glass with friends.
