Bowman & Company New Hire Announcement

We are pleased to introduce several new team members who joined Bowman this past quarter. Each brings valuable experience, strong technical skills, and a commitment to serving our clients with excellence.

Michael “Mike” Lipman – Senior Supervisor, Audit

Mike joins us with more than 10 years of experience in audit and accounting, with specialized expertise in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and e-commerce. He is a licensed CPA and a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, where he earned his B.S. in Accounting.

Before joining Bowman, Mike served as an Audit Manager at HCVT in Long Beach, CA. While his professional title uses “Michael,” he prefers “Mike” in day-to-day interactions.

Devin Steager – Associate Accountant, CAS Team

Devin is currently completing his second year at Delta Junior College and will soon earn his Associate’s Degree in Accounting before continuing toward his bachelor’s degree and CPA licensure.

He has consistently excelled academically, earning President’s List honors for outstanding academic performance. Devin has also completed two internship programs, gaining hands-on experience with QuickBooks, data entry, and client support. He is eager to learn, grow, and build his career at Bowman.

Niman Mutti – Staff Accountant, CAS/Tax/Audit

Niman recently earned his MBA from California State University, East Bay in 2024. He has worked in the accounting field since 2021, with experience in bookkeeping, AP, account reconciliation, financial review, and compliance.

Before joining Bowman, Niman worked in accounting support for a family office in Tracy, CA, where he assisted with GL coding, statement reconciliation, and month-end close responsibilities.
