Bowman & Company LLP Announces the Appointment of Nicole A. Schubert as Partner

We are proud to announce that Nicole Schubert has been promoted to Partner within our firm. At Bowman & Company, our people are the foundation of who we are, and we value the moments that reflect growth, dedication, and shared success.

Effective January 1, 2026, Nicole A. Schubert, CPA, will be welcomed as a Partner of Bowman & Company. Nicole has been an integral part of the Bowman team since 2002, and for more than two decades, she has consistently demonstrated thoughtful leadership, technical excellence, and a genuine commitment to serving clients with care and integrity.

Throughout her career at Bowman, Nicole has built extensive experience supporting affordable housing and real estate development engagements. Her thoughtful attention to detail, strong understanding of audit standards, and collaborative problem-solving approach have made her a trusted advisor to clients and a valued leader within the firm.

As an audit leader, Nicole plays a key role in engagement planning, reporting, and staff development. She is especially passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and strengthening the systems and processes that support both our clients and our team. Her leadership reflects the values that have long defined Bowman—quality, professionalism, and teamwork.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Stanislaus, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She remains actively involved in client service while contributing to the firm’s long-term vision and leadership.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and staying connected within the community she serves.
