Bowman & Company LLP Announces the Appointment of Joshua M. Saner as Partner

We are proud to announce that Josh Saner has been promoted to Partner within our firm. At Bowman & Company, our people are the foundation of who we are, and we are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate milestones that reflect growth, dedication, and shared success.

Effective January 1, 2026, Joshua M. Saner, CPA, MST, has been admitted as a Partner of Bowman & Company. Since joining the firm in 2019, Josh has demonstrated a strong commitment to Bowman through his leadership, client focus, and support of his colleagues.

Josh has built meaningful relationships with individuals and closely held businesses across a wide range of industries, with particular experience in construction, real estate development, and manufacturing—especially within the food and beverage sector. He approaches his work thoughtfully, taking the time to understand each client’s goals and helping them navigate complex tax matters with clarity and confidence.

“Josh brings a great deal of enthusiasm to the partner group,” says partner Jeanne Russick.  “He’s been developing the skill set necessary to become a partner and is more than ready to contribute to the leadership team.”

In addition to his client work, Josh plays an important role in mentoring staff and contributing to the continued growth of the firm. His collaborative style, steady presence, and dedication to building long-term relationships reflect the values that guide Bowman—integrity, teamwork, and a genuine investment in people.

Josh earned his Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and remains actively involved in the profession through his memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the San Joaquin Estate Planning Council.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying connected to the community. He and his wife, Chelsea, were born and raised in Lodi and are high school sweethearts. Together, they have two daughters, a son, and two dogs.
